ShiSha smoking!

Shisha , something that almost all the smokers has tried. But personal preference i still prefer cigarettes to shisha. So , the already obvious that shisha is more harmful comparing to normal cigarettes. I have found this web which explains to you all the details about it. You can check it out at this link.  ( http://breathe.sg/shisha/ )

Well… if only these guys knew the truth, instead of wrongly believing lies perpetuated by unscrupulous shisha retailers or other unreliable sources!

A 45-minute shisha smoking session hits your body with:

  • As much smoke as that from 100 or more cigarettes
  • As much tar as that from 20 low-tar cigarettes
  • Plus the carbon monoxide concentration in each puff of waterpipe smoke is higher than that from a puff of cigarette smoke1. And there’s definitely a lot more nicotine in one session of shisha smoking compared to a cigarette – don’t let the sweet smell trick you into thinking otherwise.

Far more productive than smoking cigarettes, isn’t it?

Regular shisha smokers have lungs that function at a 25% lower rate than non-smokers. Which is fine if you want to lose out on your oxygen intake.

Shisha smokers can easily become physically, emotionally and habitually dependent on shisha smoking. But that only happens to other people right? And not to those of you who are regulars at the popular shisha spots.

And, just like cigarette smoking, shisha smoking is also linked to an increased risk of lung, mouth and urinary bladder cancer as well as – and this is a special one for the guys – a decrease in sperm count.

Shisha smoking is usually marketed as a social activity. Well, it’s certainly social in more ways than one. Because the sharing of shisha mouthpieces can definitely put you at serious risk of contracting communicable diseases such as tuberculosis and hepatitis. But you can choose to believe that it will never happen to you right?

Here’s some photos that i found on 9gag.com pretty funny!
